Services

Provide legal assessment on matters of any type, associated with transport and other related activities including those that could have a continuity in claims process, arbitration, judicial or other types.

To give assistance or to assume the legal representation before the organs of the Central State Administration, Tribunals, organs or arbitration courts and institutions or authorities of any nature involved in the matters that undergo the consideration of the Consultancy.

To give previous advice and to carry out the required procedures for the constitution of mixed companies, contracts of international economic association, establishment of companies of complete foreign capital in Cuba, mercantile societies of capital 100 %, Cuban, overseas companies, Branches, Agents and any other form of foreseen association in the national or foreign Law, associated to transport or related services.

To offer services required by the Protection and Indemnity Clubs (P & I), as well as other Law Firms in relation with transport, and associated services and any other matter under the attention of the Consultancy.

To carry out functions of Secretary, arrangements of legalization services and the services associated with translation of documents, under the attention of services provided.

To offer services of legal advice associated to investment of foreign capital in Cuba, considering the regulatory scope of the activity as well as the latest opportunities established in the country
