To give previous advice and to carry out the required procedures for the constitution of mixed companies, contracts of international economic association, establishment of companies of complete foreign capital in Cuba, mercantile societies of capital 100 %, Cuban, overseas companies, Branches, Agents and any other form of foreseen association in the national or foreign Law, associated to transport or related services.
